Please diarise: 60th Anniversary Gala Dinner 29 November
Beit Emanuel will be celebrating its 60th anniversary with a gala dinner on 29 November featuring the acclaimed comedian Deep Fried Man (Daniel Friedman) who celebrated his barmitzvah here. There will also be a special concert featuring popular music, by the Beit Emanuel Choir. More details will be available in the coming weeks, but please reserve the date!.
A special anniversary publication will also be published, and is now being prepared. We appeal to those of you who have been congregants for many years to help with:
Photographs of bnei-mitzvot or weddings at this shul from years gone by.
Old copies of shul certificates, newsletters, photographs of buildings or people, or other memorabilia.
Personal anecdotes about people or events that you remember from the past.
