Beit Emanuel will host a Human Rights Shabbat on Friday, 21st March, anniversary of the Sharpeville Massacre. Groups of human rights organisations will use the opportunity to make presentations. Following the service, Judge Zac Yacoob will speak on the topic of Human Rights Realilty in South Africa Today. The programme will be:
16.45: Presentations by non-governmental organisations.
18.00: Kabbalat Shabbat service, with a Human Rights emphasis.
19.30: Judge Zac Yacoob will speak and take questions.
