Upcoming events: Jewish Outlook and Israeli Ambassador

It is with pleasure that we invite you to join us for the following two special events at Beit Emanuel.
On Friday, 20 September 2013 our Kabbalat Shabbat Service will be in Solidarity with the Gay & Lesbian Community – Jewish Outlook – LGBT – South Africa. The service begins at 06.00 p.m. and will be followed by a brocha in the Sukkah. Our Guest Speaker is Lael Bethlehem.
We are honoured to host H.E. Mr. Arthur Lenk, Israel’s Ambassador Designate to South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland and Mauritius as our guest of honour at our Simchat Torah service and festivities. These will be held in the Courtyard and Sukkah on Wednesday, 25 September 2013 at 06.00 p.m. The celebrations will be followed by a Panel Discussion.
