Huge piles of food hampers stacked up in the Beit Emanuel hall
On Thursday, 28 June 2012 the huge collection of food from the Omer was officially handed over to the Woman for Progressive Judaism (Beit Emanuel Sisterhood) and the United Sisterhood who in turn will be distributing the food to the various organizations they support.
They also received a substantial amount of money which will be used to supply fresh produce and winter necessities to these organizations.
Thank you once again for your generosity which made this project such a great success.
