Beit Emanuel announces that the CEO of Constitutional Hill, Ms Petal Thring, will be our guest lecturer on Shavuot evening. She will tell the story of the hill, and discuss human rights, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. This promises to be a fascinating evening. Non-members are welcome.
